In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy will be either a replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price—at our discretion.
By purchasing, the buyer agrees to waive any claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to damage to equipment, property, or personnel, as well as any loss of use, time, revenue, or profit.
